Just Prayers supports ministers of the word and the needy through our community outreach program. We also fund community development projects associated with church ministries. We reach the less privileged and those in need disregarding their faith, ethnic group, nationality or location. To fulfill this mission of impacting lives and empowering the church, we need finances. By supporting us financially, you are helping an individual, a family or a community and you are part of the worldwide ministry.
We started this project back in 2016 where we were supporting 3 families with little basic needs. We dubbed this project Irines Kitty as the idea was borne by our sister Irine Okola. These three families were ministers of the word. We then included other three members who are in need. Since then, we have been graced by God to multiply this number and we currently support up to 20 families monthly depending on the funds we receive from members, volunteers and well wishers. We shop foodstuffs and give to our target groups on monthly basis. We are trusting God for more support so that we can reach a large number of our target groups both locally and internationally. Through this project, we have put a smile on faces of individuals and families. They have had hope and strength amidst their tough times and this has also impacted their productivity as they have had peace of mind. We have received numerous testimonies of how this project has greatly supported different people and they look forward to our continued support. Many have expressed their gratitude to us and have also recommended many other people who fall in our target groups for consideration. We are working on accommodating more individuals and families, though we are still limited by funds.
